It's leaf season! Town of Benson leaf collection will begin next week and will run through February 1, 2024. During this time, you can pile leaves behind your curb (not in the street) and they will be collected weekly.
Collection for the West side of town is Tuesday and East side collection is Thursday. Please remember to use your GREEN YARD WASTE can for all small leaf piles, small sticks, clippings, pine needles, etc.
NOTE: sticks and limbs no larger than 4-inches in diameter and no longer than 5 feet will still be collected weekly during leaf collection season.
